Principals have obtained insurance company, vets, pet stores, and such for the business to begin upon receipt of funds.

Conservative estimate of 1,000 members per month projected in the first year. Return to Investor estimated over 5 year period.

B. Investment of $2,000,000.00 wanted for start up Bio-Diesel mini plant. Offer fuel alternative Bio-Diesel to the public. Clean air benefit - EPA issues credits.

Project 1000 gallons per week to contract client alone. Profits estimated of 20% to be shared with partner/investor after operating cost.

Final business plan being drafted at this time.

C. Investment pools of $10,000.00USD to form for Real Estate purchases.

Need Letter of Authorization as well as Letter of Intent from investor. No funds to transfer until escrow needs to be funded at which time final Rate of Return and Profit margins will be determined per project basis.

Rate of Return on funds deposited projected to be average of 10% annually over a (5) five year period. Full Disclosure within contract May structure for best benefit to investor.

D. MUSHROOMS ANYONE? Manufacturer seeks investments for expansion of powder mushroom. Increments of $25,000.00 up for private placement. Needs 2MM +/- for full operations to produce quantity for current purchase orders.
